Description
Office hours 8 am-5 pm. Call 613-259-2182 ext. 2324 ahead of going to the Urgent Care Clinic to speak with a staff member. This information is regularly updated on their website.

Lung Health Education program:
  • assessment
  • spirometry (breathing testing)
  • education, development of an action plan and follow-up care for clients with Asthma or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist/Certified Respiratory Educators (CREs)
  • Primary Care Practitioners provide assistance with managing symptoms, smoking cessation
STOP Nicotine Replacement Therapy program:
  • clients who want to stop smoking can receive up to 26 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy coupled with individual counselling and support
Chronic Disease Rehabilitation Program:
  • eight-week program (once per week) including exercise, education and support
  • available in Carleton Place, Barry's Bay, Kemptville and Perth
Eligibility
  • Residents of LLG (Leeds, Lanark, Grenville) & Renfrew County

  • Chronic disease rehabilitation program for individuals with chronic lung disease
