Community-based program:
- assessment of speech, language, and social interaction skills as well as articulation, emergent literacy, fluency and other communication-based disorders
- consultations
- public education about facilitating communication
- parent education groups to discuss and practice language facilitation techniques
- interviews can be arranged at accessible locations
- adults living with disabilities and autism services
- Eligibility
- Residents of Lanark Count up to 5 years old or entering junior kindergarten with speech-language difficulties
* Residents of Lanark County, 18 years and older, with developmental disabilities or autism - Application Process
- Referrals can be made by parents, caregivers, physicians, ECE staff, or other professionals
