Interactive workshop series helping people with chronic conditions better manage their symptoms and daily life
  • group meets once a week over six weeks
Skills taught include:
  • healthy eating
  • exercise
  • pain and fatigue management
  • stress management
  • communicating with a healthcare professional
  • managing medications
  • planning and problem solving
  • participants take an active role in the workshop

Workshops are offered across the city in a variety of languages

Individuals 18 years and older dealing with a chronic health problem
