Non-emergency transportation to local medical appointments and grocery stores
- volunteer drivers
- rides are scheduled in advance and must be booked with at least 10 days notice
- Eligibility
- Seniors 60 years and older
- Individuals 18 years and older with physical disabilities
Residency Requirements: North-South: Rideau River and Industrial Ave and Innes Rd to the north, Highway 417 to the east, the Bank St to the west, and Hunt Club Rd to the south- Application Process
- Call or register through the Champlain Community Support Network
- Intake required
- Once registered, clients must book 10 days before the transportation is required
