Description

Non-emergency transportation to local medical appointments and grocery stores

  • volunteer drivers
  • rides are scheduled in advance and must be booked with at least 10 days notice
Eligibility
  • Seniors 60 years and older
  • Individuals 18 years and older with physical disabilities

  • Residency Requirements: North-South: Rideau River and Industrial Ave and Innes Rd to the north, Highway 417 to the east, the Bank St to the west, and Hunt Club Rd to the south
Application Process
    Call or register through the Champlain Community Support Network
  • Intake required
  • Once registered, clients must book 10 days before the transportation is required
