Practical, in-home supports are provided by centre staff, screened volunteers and independent contractors:

  • friendly visiting
  • handy helpers
  • home help directory
  • Lunch
    Ability
  • nursing foot care clinics
  • snow go assist
  • transportation to medical appointments
  • grocery bus
  • telephone assistance program
  • volunteer program
  • help applying for LEAP, OESP, ODSP
Eligibility
  • Older adults 60 years and older
  • Adults aged 18-59 with physical disabilities

  • Residency Requirements:
  • North-South: Rideau River and Industrial Ave and Innes Rd to the north
  • Highway 417 to the east
  • Bank St to the west
  • Hunt Club Rd to the south
