Program offering Early Years and Early ON services to pregnant people and families with children from birth to 6 years old within the South-East Ottawa Catchment area

Registered Early Childhood Educators

• provide information about early childhood development
• provide parenting information and resources
• provide information on services and programs that support family needs Provide one-on-one support
• provide one-on-one support

Family Ressource Worker:

• help Navigating Systems and Services for Families and Children including Birth Registratons, Child Care Registrations, Subsidy applications,School Registrations, and more.
• referrals to programs and services, internally and externally

Early Years Community Nurses:

• prenatal and Postnatal Support
• Well-Baby Check In
• access to Pre-natal Practical Support
• lactation consultant and dietitian referrals
• referrals to programs and services, internally and externally

• Pregnant individuals and parents with children 0-6 years old


• Residency Requirements: Neighbourhoods of Albion, Heatherington, Ledbury, Walkley, Fairlea, Alta Vista, Blossom Park, Carlsbad Springs/Findlay Creek, Clementine/Riverside Park, Hawthorne Meadows/Riverview, Hunt Club East and West, and Riverside South
