  • alternating Friday afternoon program is a field trip to a local venue such as a shopping centre, park, or other attraction
Eligibility
Frail or isolated adults 55 years and older and who have difficulties with mobility or socializing on their own * Clients must be cognitively intact and able to manage self care with minimal assistance

Residency Requirements: Glebe, Ottawa South, Ottawa East, Heron Park, Mooney's Bay, Hunt Club and Carleton Heights
