Regular week day phone calls to check on client health and safety
- predetermined response (determined with the client) if call is not answered
- checks are done by trained and screened volunteers
- calls can also be for social purposes but not medication reminders
- Eligibility
- Older adults 55 years and older and adults 18 years and older with disabilities who live alone
