Transportation to non-urgent medical and essential appointments available. Non-emergency transportation to local medical and essential appointments and regular activities such as grocery shopping
  • Volunteer drivers in own vehicles
  • Agency Drivers in agency vehicles
Eligibility
Adults 55 years and older and adults 18 years and older with disabilities

Residency Requirements: Ottawa Central: North of the Queensway between Preston St and Blair Rd * For postal codes beginning in: K1G, K1K, K1L, K1M, K1N, K1P, K1R, and K2T
Application Process
Call to complete intake or request services on line through https://www.caredove.com/champlaincss * Drives must be pre booked ahead, 7-10 days in advance for existing clients, or longer for first-time client * All new clients must undergo a telephone intake
