- Eligibility
- Seniors, 65 years of age and older
- referrals for younger individuals presenting with geriatric problems that may benefit from specialized geriatric services are evaluated on an individual basis
- residents of Ottawa-Carleton or the surrounding areas
- patient must agree with the referral
