  • adaptive technologies for training/employment
  • program is voluntary to all persons with disabilities
Eligibility
To qualify for ODSP income support, you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age

  • be an Ontario resident

  • have assets no greater than the limits set out in the program

  • be in financial need

  • meet the program's definition of a person with a disability or be a member of a prescribed class

Application Process
Apply online, call 1-888-999-1142 or 1-800-387-5559, or in person at the office
Documents Required
Before you start, make sure that all family members included in your application are with you when you apply online so they can provide their consent and confirm their information * Have your family's identification and documents ready, such as:

  • social insurance numbers (SIN)

  • OHIP cards

  • birth certificates

  • immigration papers

  • tax returns

  • banking information



To confirm personal information following registration, the intake caseworker will require some of the following documents:

  • proof of any income or employment

  • shelter costs and proof of residency in Ontario

  • bank statements covering a minimum of one month prior to the application date

  • information on any other assets you may have, such as stocks, bonds or investments
