Fees
Service - fees vary ; The hospitals are responsible for billing the patient directly for all ambulance transportation
* If a patient is not transported, there is no fees associated with the response
* If the ambulance call is deemed unnecessary, the Ontario Health Card will not cover it and the patient will have to pay the entire amount for the transport to the hospital, unless a private insurance is available
* Fee assistance available for eligible patients ; assistance is provided by the Ontario Health Card
