- program will provide a consultation only or admission to one of its services as clinically indicated

- consultative outreach service to most long-term care facilities

- People 65 years and older who experience mental health problems
- Application Process
- referrals must be made by a physician or a community psychiatrist
- contact Intake Secretary for a list of long-term care facilities visited by outreach consultative team
