Day programs for frail and cognitively impaired clients
Program includes:- respite for caregivers
- socialization, games, music, guest speakers, chair exercises, mental aerobics
- three-course meals and snacks provided
- assistance with toileting available
- transportation available as resources permit
- Eligibility
- Individuals 55 years and older who are frail and cognitively impaired
