- Eligibility
- Families, seniors, children, youth, others who need to attend medical appointments, day programs, counselling services, social service appointments, food programs, etc.
* Must be a resident of Lanark County or the Town of Smiths Falls, but can travel to appointments in Ottawa, Kingston and other locations as well as within the County
* Individuals under 19-years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
* Those going for surgery, or with a cognitive disability, must be accompanied by an escort (free of charge) - Application Process

* Rides should be booked two to three weeks before the appointment, although attempts to accommodate last minute requests are often successful - Documents Required
