- Based on needs assessment, people or families on low income, emergency, food crisis/security
- emergency food assistance is provided when local food bank venues have been exhausted
- summer camp spots become available each year March or April, applications are first come first serve
- Application Process
- Call or email to book an appointment (drop ins also available during hours of daily hours operations)
- emergency food can be accessed once every month
- clothing and household assistance is offered case by case determined by caseworker assessment
- clothing services are available bi-weekly by appointment base
- must provide photo ID for all members of household, proof of address and recent proof of income
- nust access local food bank first before accessing food assistance

NOTE: be aware the postal code may direct callers living close to a boundary to the wrong food bank. Always inform the callers of this possibility. The clients should provide their address to ensure they are oriented towards the right resource.
