- Individuals and families:
- with a history of chronic homelessness or unstable housing
- who frequently lack funds to meet basic needs
- in constant state of mismanagement with bills
- who regularly lose their funds due to substance abuse, mental health and/or victimization
- who lack the basic skills to manage their income
- who may need financial literacy support and services

- Referrals accepted from community support workers and social service benefit providers and/or self referral also accepted
