Lodge that provides virtual opportunities for federal employees to learn, share and interact with each other, as well as with Elders and Knowledge Keepers

  • supports and provides guidance to employees concerning cultural awareness, inclusion, and diversity
  • enhances employees' awareness of Indigenous peoples' oral histories, contemporary issues and cultures through traditional teachings and discussions
  • Known in the Algonquin language as Kiche Anishnabe
    Kumik, which means "
    Great Lodge (or shelter) of the People."
