- Mon-Sun 8 am-11 pm
- will mail out application kits
- confirms receipt of IAP applications
- general information and inquiries regarding status of application
- Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm
- will answer specific inquiries about the status of an application for reconsideration, an application for National Administration Committee appeal, an application for a court appeal
- provides claimants and counsel with status updates in regards to specific claims
- Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm
- responds to a broad range of questions related to the IAP
- Eligibility
- Former students, including First Nations, Métis and Inuit
- who lived at a recognized Indian Residential School and were alive on May 30, 2005
- or who lived at the Mohawk Institute Residential Boarding School in Brantford, Ontario between 1922 and 1969, and were alive on October 5, 1996
