- To file an objection, appeal or application with the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT), submit a request online through the e-file portal or complete and submit the appeal form to the correct entity.
Depending on the type of appeal and respective legislative requirements, an appeal may be filed directly with the Tribunal, or with a Municipality or other Approval Authority.
