- Eligibility
- Individuals 18 years and over diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, or other eating disorder; treatment for Binge Eating Disorder is not available at this time
- Application Process
- Referral by physician or nurse practitioner; form available online and must be faxed to One-Link; client will attend a consultation to determine the most appropriate treatment
