Residents of catchment area (postal codes beginning with L6R, L6S and L6T); priority to youth, seniors, newcomers, racialized communities, people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, people with mental health challenges and addictions, under-resourced families

Boundaries: Mayfield (north) to Highway 407 (south), Airport Rd (west) to Highway 410 (east)
