- Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM)
Integrated Crisis Response Team Crisis Support Workers work with individuals to determine an immediate and short-term plan to help stabilize the crisis, and work with other community resources to prevent the re-occurrence of crisis and develop capacity for service pathways to meet individuals' needs. - Eligibility
