Description
Offers specialized assessment and support for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties

Treatment plans may include:
  • individual psychotherapy
  • addictions counselling
  • groups (educational and/or therapeutic)
  • case Management
  • counselling, education and support for individual family members
  • specialized geriatric services (assessment and referral)
  • seniors intensive case management
  • Behavioral Support Ontario (BSO) Seniors Crisis service
  • psychiatric resources
  • court support services
  • Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM)


Integrated Crisis Response Team Crisis Support Workers work with individuals to determine an immediate and short-term plan to help stabilize the crisis, and work with other community resources to prevent the re-occurrence of crisis and develop capacity for service pathways to meet individuals' needs.
