- Subsidized units: Waiting list. Applications for rent-geared-to-income units in this Co-op must be made through County of Wellington Housing Services.
Market rent units: Apply directly to the Co-operative; contact office for application forms. NOTE: We are not accepting market applications at this time.
Application Process: Submit application to office. Co-op does a credit check and, if successful, an interview may be scheduled between the applicant and the Co-op. Each applicant 16 years and older must complete a separate application form. All information is confidential.
