- Eligibility
- Geared-to-income assistance criteria:
- household income must be under the established income limit by type of unit depending on family composition
- at least one member of household must be 16 years of age and older
- each member of the household must have legal status in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have applied for permanent resident status or refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of Canada
- no member of the household owes money from a previous tenancy in any housing project under any housing program to a social housing landlord
- must be able to live independently with or without support services

- To apply for geared-to-income assistance housing:
- call the County Wellington Housing (519-824-7822) for application package
- application forms available at County of Wellington Housing Services, 138 Wyndham St N, Guelph; applications submitted to other Housing Providers will be forwarded to County of Wellington Housing Services
