- Applicant must provide: source of income documents, proof of residency in Township of Centre Wellington (two items), photo ID. Confidentiality is maintained. Visit website or call for information.

- Application process: call first or drop in; new clients are encouraged to call for an appointment.
Frequency: clients must register to attend the food bank once a month.
Clients may drop in for fresh bread, produce and homemade soups (when available) any time food bank is open. Call ahead to determine availability.
