- Information, programs and play-based activities that support healthy child development for children birth to six years and their parents or caregivers.
Programs and services include:- children's programs: group programs, playtime, drop-in and registered programs
- parent support and information: early literacy, child development and parenting strategies, community level research analysis and assessment
- Eligibility
- Infants, toddlers, children, parents and caregivers.
Children must be 6 years of age and younger to participate in programs.
Early Years Infant Program: birth-18 months
Programs are open to parents of all ages; and caregivers 18 years and older, with a maximum of three children for registered programs and five children for drop-in programs.
