Outpatient treatment, support and rehabilitation for people with severe and persistent mental illness. Services include:
  • medication monitoring and supervision
  • crisis assessment and intervention
  • symptom assessment, management and education
  • supportive counselling
  • collaboration with families and agencies
  • life skills teaching
  • housing assistance
  • recreational support
  • vocational support
  • continuity of care
  • advocacy
Multidisciplinary treatment team includes psychiatrist, nurse, social worker, occupational therapist, recreation therapist, addictions worker, program coordinator and program assistant.
