Skills building program for teens and their parents:
  • family-strengthening program
  • opportunities for positive parent-teen exchange
  • youth life skills, parenting skills
  • effective family functioning
  • addresses problem behaviour and substance use
  • nine week program
Participating families receive:
  • free onsite child care (for children younger than 12 years)
  • full family meal
  • transportation support available for eligible participants - call for details
Following separately facilitated sessions, parents and youth come together to share and practice skills learned.
