- Description
- Supports children with disabilities who would like to attend a community camp program of their choice within Guelph and Wellington County.
- links eligible children with trained support counsellors
- works with community camp staff to increase their understanding, acceptance of, and ability to work with children with disabilities
- Eligibility
- Children younger than 18 years, living in Guelph Wellington, with two of the following: physical, cognitive, or behavioural challenges. Child must reside in the Guelph-Wellington region, and camps must be located within this same area.
Community partner membership: open to the public.
