- Life Skills Case Management - intensive support for those who are experiencing issues related to addictions or mental health

- What is MyBenefits?
MyBenefits is a new online service available to residents of Ontario who are active Social Assistance recipients.
This service allows recipients to see all issued payments and to report changes anytime (24/7) and on any device (e.g. desktop, tablet or cell phone).
What can recipients do with MyBenefits?
Recipients can currently use MyBenefits to:- Check payment history and view a breakdown of each payment
- Report earned income from an existing employer (i.e. previously reported employer already entered in SAMS), and track the status of earned income submissions
- Report address changes
- View profile information to ensure it is up to date (e.g. phone number, email, household members)
- View letters
- Eligibility
- Youth and adults 18 years and older in financial need.
Employable youth 16-17 years in financial need who cannot live at home but are attending school or seeking employment (funds must be managed by a trustee, guardian or agency). Financial need is determined by a review of income, liquid assets and living expenses.
