- Eligibility
- People needing non-life threatening medical care. Patients do not need to be a patient of a doctor within the Upper Grand Family Health Team.
Patients who have a new or worsening cough or shortness of breath - with or without fever - regardless of travel history - are advised not to attend the clinic, but to call Public Health (1-800-265-7293 X 7006) or their primary health care provider to discuss next steps.
In a medical emergency, always call 9-1-1 or go to local emergency department. - Application Process
