Promotes better understanding of breastfeeding/chestfeeding at all stages as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and young children- education, information, support and encouragement
- peer-to-peer support through virtual support groups, virtual one-on-one support, phone, e-mail or Facebook
- Eligibility
- Expecting parents and those who are breastfeeding/chestfeeding or are interested in breastfeeding/chestfeeding. Babies, children, and support people are always welcome.
- Application Process
- Attend drop-in or call a Leader for help with breastfeeding/chestfeeding questions and concerns or to connect with other parents in the community.
Note: parents have the opportunity to help within the group.
