- Supervised access to visiting parents or caregivers.
- safe and secure setting where visits and exchanges take place under supervision of trained staff and volunteers
- parents do not have contact with each other during visits and exchanges
- appointments arranged through the program supervisor or delegate
Program works in partnership with the courts to provide this service. - Eligibility
- Families may use supervised access centres if:
- they have a court order for supervised visits and exchanges, or
- both parties agree, in writing, to the use of a supervised access centre
- there is limited involvement with Family and Children's Services (types of involvement that exclude kinship care and kinship service, under supervision order, or when there is an on-going investigation)
