- Description
- The Affordable Home Ownership program provides individuals and families with a loan for the 5% down payment on a home.
- Eligibility
- To qualify, individuals must:
- Be buying a home in Waterloo Region for $480,000 or less (as of March 5, 2021)
- Have a household income of up to $97,800
- Be at least 18 years old and renting
- Have resided in Waterloo Region for at least the last year (as of August 2019)
