Transitional Housing Program for families experiencing homelessness in Ottawa.
Services include
- a place to sleep
- case management, including practical assistance
- assessment and referral to the appropriate social and health services
- housing support worker to help clients find long-term housing and settle into the community
- Eligibility
- Families, parent(s) and child(ren), experiencing homelessness
- Application Process
- During business hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-3:30 pm
- Call 3-1-1 and request placement
- Speak to a crisis worker to complete homelessness assessment at one of the four Employment and Social Service site:

- 2020 Walkley Rd
After business hours: Mon-Sun 3:30 pm-8:30 am * statutory holidays- Call 3-1-1 to request placement
- Shelter case worker completes a homelessness assessment
