primary clients are those living with a mental illness or an addiction, as well as their families and friends

Hours of Operation

The Royal Mental Health Community Library and Resources Centres are located in:

Ottawa: The library is located at 1145 Carling Ave on the second floor (across from the elevators) and is open Mon-Fri 8 am-12 noon and 1 pm-4 pm

Brockville: The Mental Health and Resource Library is located at 1804 Highway 2 East in the River Café on the second floor of the Forensic Treatment Unit, Mon-Fri 12 pm-1 pm
