- To qualify for subsidy, you must:
- Live in Ottawa
- Have a child who is 12 years-old or younger
- Meet the financial need for care
- Have a reason for care
- Be a Canadian Citizen, a permanent resident or hold eligible immigration, refugee or Indian status
