Parking is regulated in the Town of Halton Hills for public safety, maintenance and accessibility of residents. Maintenance of public parking lots is completed by the Town's Public Works Division.

Parking exemptions are granted to allow residents to park on the street for up to 24 days per calendar year, per vehicle license plate. A parking exemption allows vehicles to park in excess of six (6) hours; and/or between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., during the winter months, November 15th to April 15th.
- The Town of Halton Hills provides limited, overnight parking in designated municipal lots from 7 pm-7 am
- Parking permits are required, and monthly permit fees apply
