- Transitional and Housing Support - Assisting women who have experienced violence or abuse in their relationship and are transitioning. - Family Court Support - Providing information, resources, support and accompaniment for clients who have experienced intimate partner violence, to family court, lawyer's appointments and also assist in navigating the family court system
- Community Engagement and Public Education - Raising awareness through presentations/seminars/webinars delivered to community agencies, schools, businesses, clubs, religious institutions and other groups on domestic violence, teen dating violence, human trafficking, sexual harassment and healthy relationships
- Volunteer Program - Volunteers play a major role with fundraising and special events and assist staff in providing services and programs to clients. Positions include Child and Youth Program Assistant, Donations Facilitator, Special Events Volunteer and Receptionist

- Apatisiwin Program Worker - provides services to youth and adults in employment counselling, job preparations (application processing, resume/cover letter assistance, referrals to agencies, etc), purchase of training, apprenticeship skills training, and training supports
- Mental Health and Wellness Coordinator - provides a holistic and positive approach to support the needs of mental health and addictions for Indigenous people and their families. Implements programs to improve the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of both clients and their families that are culturally based and foster the learning of self-respect and identity
- Mental Health Peer Support Coordinator - provides networks of support and mentorship to Urban Indigenous people under community supervision orders as they seek to improve their mental health, reduce any harms associated with their behaviours, avoid justice system recidivism, and pursue a Good Mind

Emergency crisis line and response team to assist individuals who have serious mental health issues and who are in crisis. Also supports caregivers in the management of acute mental health concerns and crisis.
Intake can be initiated by individuals directly or through their family members and caregivers. Referrals are accepted from community agencies and professionals.
If anyone is at immediate risk of serious harm, CALL 911 instead. This includes medical distress or injuries, violence/use of weapons, or any immediate threat to someone's physical safety.

- Addiction Program - assessment and outpatient counselling for people of all ages experiencing issues with alcohol, drug use and gambling. Mental health and peer support also available. Assistance is available to family and friends. Additionally, counsellors are available through the guidance offices of high schools. Community education is a major component of this program
- Adult Mental Health Program - community-based, client-focused services to adults with mental illnesses or with concurrent disorders (mental illness and addictions) including assessment, consultation, treatment, education, support, and advocacy. It is an interdisciplinary staff (physicians, nurses, social workers, with support from addiction counsellors and peer support as required)
- Telemedicine Services - provides non-emergency community-based services for adults 16 years or older with mental illness and/or addiction issues. The service uses video cameras and monitors to connect clients to specialists who live elsewhere for a one-time consult, increasing access to specialized care using videoconferencing technology
- Crisis Assessment and Support Team (CAST) - mental health crisis support telephone line staffed by experienced mental health professionals. Provides face-to-face assessments and short-term follow-up crisis counselling. Response time to clients is expected to be within 24 hours
- Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT) - program partners a uniformed OPP officer with an experienced mental health professional to respond as first responders to calls through 911
- Specialized Geriatric Services - provides non-emergency clinical assessment, consultation, treatment and education to older adults, their families, and service providers who are, or know of, someone who is experiencing mental health issues combined with age-related difficulties
- Addiction Mobile Outreach Team - provides support to individuals living with substane use concerns, problem gambling or concurrent disorders through engagement, assessment and prevention through education
